Segredos de São Miguel is a red wine from the Alentejo wine region that is elegant, fresh and aromatically very harmonious. It presents intense aromas of red fruits and wild berries, with delicate balsamic and floral notes, along with very soft acidity.
Winemaking:
Segredos de São Miguel is a red wine produced with red grapes of Touriga Nacional, Alicante Bouschet, Trincadeira, and Aragonez planted in the Alentejo wine region. The fermentation process took place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation process, 50% of the batch was transferred to used oak barrels, where it stayed, for 4 months prior to being blended and bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Segredos de São Miguel is an elegant, fresh and aromatic red wine that displays aromas of red fruits and wild berries, such as cherries and blackberries, along with floral notes and a balsamic touch. It is a wine that presents soft tannins and acidity very well integrated into the aromatic core.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 15ºC and 16ºC.
